Step 2. Select a frame for your paddle wheel head
All paddle wheel roller heads are aluminum. Please click on the frame option you prefer, and then you will be able to choose whether you want a regular paddle wheel head or slotted paddle wheel head, a wood or plastic handle grip, and in some cases which manufacturers' roller you want.

Mini frame is made with 1/8" frame rod and a narrow aluminum handle grip. Threaded nut holds roller head onto frame.

Paddle wheel rollers on standard frame
1/4" frame rod with a nut or bolt to hold head onto frame. All handle grips are threaded to accept extension handles.

Paddle wheel rollers on quick-change frame
1/4" frame rod. Require no hardware to remove the roller head. Heads pull-off and push-on to frame rod with no tools needed.

3/16" frame rod. Small thin frame detail rollers on quick-change frame. These heads cannot be used on other quick-change frames. Grip is threaded.

Also called panel rollers. U-shaped bar stock supports roller at both ends. Reduces any flexing when large rollers are used with extension handles.
