Freeman 266 Thermo-Stable sheet wax (1 of 3 formulas described below)
Developed primarily for use with tooling plastics to prevent wax deformation under exothermic heat conditions. Medium brown color. Uniform thickness accuracy of ±.001, maximum flexibility for forming quickly and accurately to any contoured surface. Natural draping characteristics at room temperature and absence of memory (spring back) eliminate the need to warm or temper wax. Below are a few popular thicknesses in the 12" x 24" sheet size. Other sheet sizes are shown on the bottom of this page.
Lead time: To maintain the best performance properties of this wax, it should be stored at temperatures between 65° to 75°F. Because of this, we only stock in our warehouse the fastest moving, regularly reordered sizes. If the size you want is not in stock at time of your order, the lead time may be a little longer than usual.
PS266 adhesive coated sheet wax
pressure sensitive adhesive on one side of sheet. 12" x 24" sheet size. Many other thicknesses of this adhesive coated Thermo-Stable Sheet Wax are available on our Sheet wax, additional sizes pdf.

Sheet wax formulas
The sheet wax listed above is our fastest moving product for FRP customers. Other formulas are also available and described below. If you want a quote on any other sheet wax, please provide us with answers to the following four questions:
1. Which of the following three wax formulas do you want to use?
2. Which sheet size, that is available in that formula?
3. Do you want a plain back sheet or an adhesive backed sheet?
4. Which sheet thickness do you want?
Freeman 266 Thermo-Stable sheet wax (described above), melting point 282° F
the full size 12" x 24" sheet is available in imperial and metric thicknesses.
• 12" x 24" sheet size, in either plain back or adhesive back
• 8" x 12" sheet size, in plain back or adhesive back
• 6" x 6" sheet size, in adhesive back only
Freeman 165 Regular sheet wax, melting point 177° F
light yellow color wax formulated to provide durability and translucency. Uniform thickness accuracy of ±.001. Firm surface for durability and depression resistance. Translucency of sheets up to 1/8" thick, making it excellent for visualizing layout lines and transcribing engineering information. The 12" x 24" sheet is available in imperial and metric thicknesses.
• 12" x 24" sheet size, in either plain back or adhesive back
• 8" x 12" sheet size, in plain back or adhesive back
Master HT-260 High Temperature sheet wax, melting point 260° F
the classic Kindt-Collins high temperature sheet wax formula. Developed for use with casting and laminating resins that either require or give off heat during curing. A blend of materials that provides a flexible sheet which melts at temperatures in excess of 260°F. HT-260 Sheet Wax can be used as part thickness in the forming of dies. In addition, the high temperature stability of HT-260 permits laminating or casting a hollow core in a plastic. Ideal for increasing pattern size to provide stock for machining. Recommended whenever an extra margin of flexibility or temperature stability is needed.
• 12" x 24" in either plain back or adhesive back
